Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital expenditure, special allocation funds, and the remaining excess budget calculations of the previous year on the remaining budget financing of distric/city regional governments in java islan in 2018. The sample use purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 105 regency/city governments in 2018. Data analysis use multiple linear regression to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study show that capital expenditure, special allocation funds, and the excess of the previous year’s budget caculation have an effect on the rest of the regency/city regional government more budget financing in java in 2018.
