Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of earning and cash flow operation towards stock price through book value. This study is conducted in all companies registered in Jakarta Islamic Index in the period of 2016-2018. This study use quantitative method with saturation sampling taken from 90 companies. The data analysis use multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS 16.00 version as an instrument. This study showes that at the first linear where the relationship between earning and cash flow operation did not influence the stock price. While in the second linear which was modified by book value showes only cash flow operation influenced the stock value, and earning did not influence to stock value.
