Abstract

The purpose of this study is the presence or absence of the influence of Employee Expenditure, General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Revenue Sharing (DBH), Goods and Services Expenditures, Regional Independence, and Fiscal Dependence on the allocation of Capital Expenditures in Regencies / Cities in Indonesia in 2018. This study uses secondary data in the form of Realization of District / City Government Budget in Indonesia in 2018. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test. The results of this test indicate that the General Allocation Fund (DAU) has a significant effect on Capital Expenditures, the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) has a significant effect on Capital Expenditures, Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH) have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures, Employee Expenditures have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures, Fiscal Dependency significantly influence Capital Expenditure, Goods and Services Expenditure significantly influence Capital Expenditures, and Regional Independence significantly influence Capital Expenditures.
