These results indicate that there is a very significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety. So that the higher the self-efficacy, the anxiety facing fictive food orders is getting lower and vice versa. The effective contribution of the self-efficacy variable with anxiety facing fictitious food orders on online motorcycle taxi drivers is 20.25%.
