Abstract

The objectives of this research are to test the influence of JUB, Employment, exchange rate, BI_Rate, government expenditure and Price Oil on inflation in Indonesia. The data that used is time series data published by Bank Indonesia (BI), World Bank and Central Statistic Agency (BPS). The analytical methods used in this research are multiple regression analysis tools with the OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) method approach. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that employment and government expenditure significantly affect the inflation but, the JUB variable, exchange rate, BI_Rate and price oil have no significant effect on inflation in Indonesia.
