Abstract
This research was conducted to: 1) create interactive learning media for Mathematics in Building Material that is suitable for use; 2) knowing students' responses to the use of learning media developed; and 3) determine the effect of learning media on the learning outcomes of students in grade 1 at Ngembatpadas 1 Elementary School 1. The method used in this study is the 4D model (Four D Model) development method by Thiagarajan et al. (1974: 5), namely: 1) define; (2) design; (3) develop; and (4) disseminate. The results of the study are: 1) interactive learning media is declared feasible based on validation by using the System Usability Scale (SUS) by media experts, namely getting a SUS value of 92.20 which is categorized as marginal high, excellent, and grade A, and material experts with SUS Value 91.04 were categorized as marginal high, excellent, and grade A, and the questionnaire value of 12 students received an average score of SUS 77.50 that was categorized as marginal high, good, and grade C; 2) the application of learning media get a positive response from grade 1 students of SDN Ngembatpadas 1 and get a very good category with a percentage of post test scores of 87.50; 3) learning media is said to have an effect on student grades as evidenced by the results of the comparison of the pre-test scores of 55.83 increased in the post-test scores to 87.50; 4) The distribution of this media is limited only to Ngembatpadas 1 Elementary School teachers and grade 1 students.
