Abstract

Sleman Regency has many potentials tourism that can be used as a great opportunity for the government if managed properly, the types of tourism in Sleman Regency is not only its natural tourism but also cultural and historical tourism. Tourism management, especially on cultural and historical sites, is massive, due to the lack of understanding of the tourism potential and the uneven tourism visits because of the unavailability of tour packages, affecting the potentials has less attractiveness for tourists and make tourism potentials in Sleman Regency undeveloped maximally. The purpose of this research is to find out the potential of historical and cultural tourism sites and the drafting of the favorite historical and cultural sites tourism packages in Sleman Regency. The method applied uses class determination (Classification) and analysis of the sustainability of tour packages. The results are 4 historical and cultural sites tourism packages in Sleman Regency based on the nearest route and consideration of potential classes from various directions of tourist arrival.
