Abstract

Based on the results of the UNBK of Junior High School of IT Nur Hasan Boarding School in 2017/2018 and 2018/2019, the highest UNBK IPA score is still far below other UNBK subjects. So that the success of teachers in managing science learning needs to be studied more deeply through science learning management research in Junior High School of IT Nur Hasan Boarding School. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative research design with non-numeric data from primary data sources and secondary data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation which is then performed the credibility test before entering into data analysis. Science learning planning is done by the preparation of lesson plans by science teachers that refer to the curriculum and syllabus that have been nationally established. The science learning is implementation in the classroom, in the laboratory, and outside the classroom. Evaluation models used in science learning are carried out through summative and formative evaluation to find out the learning objectives. So the teacher can diagnose student learning development, find out the level of effectiveness and efficiency of various learning components used by the teacher.
