Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and leadership style on the performance of village officials. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. This study uses primary data through questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents. This study uses a sampling technique in the form of saturated samples, where all members of the population are subjected to research. The total number of respondents studied was 94 village officials throughout Mojosongo sub-district, Boyolali, Central Java. Processing data using SPSS 23 program help and using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that organizational culture variables had a positive and significant influence on the performance of village officials, organizational commitment variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials, and the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials. has a positive and significant influence on the performance of village officials. The organizational culture, organizational commitment, and leadership style variables simultaneously have an influence on performance. Organizational culture variables are the dominant variables affecting performance variables compared to other independent variables.
