Abstract

Research with the title: "Handling of Narcotics Acts Conducted by Students in Karanganyar Regency"Research results obtained are in the process of solving cases of drug crimes against students in Karanganyar Regency according to Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Children's Criminal Justice System. However, in a preventive manner (prevention) Karanganyar Regency has regulations related to children's problems using the Regional Regulation of Karanganyar Regency Number 15 Year 2015 concerning Child Protection which aims to realize Karanganyar Regency as a Eligible District for Childre.In handling casesof drug crimes against students there are obstacles in the form of Dark Number meaning that in reality there are many problems in drug crime by students, but the reality is reported by the community a little because this is still the weak role of the community in reporting criminal acts to law enforcement officers.
