Abstract
This research aims to determine and to analyse capacity production, moreover, to analyse various effects of production factors towards middle and big scales industries situated in Eks Karesidenan Surakarta in 2011 – 2017. This research employs quantitative method which compares between output result score and ideal input score to calculate production capacity and data panel regression method. Trend analysis is used to calculate ideal output score while data panel regression method is used to analyse the effects of various production factors upon the production result. Variables which are used include output scores, labours, fuels value, raw materials value, and inflation level. Financial variable will be carried out through deflation processes. Based on the result of analysis, it is revealed that production capacity of industry in Eks Karesidenan Surakarta in 2011 – 2017 shows a dominancy of overcapacity. Data panel regression using fixed effect model depicts that labours, fuels value, and raw materials value significantly influence the output score.
