Abstract
This research aims to review the influence of the price and quality of service for customer loyalty in a DKK coffee shop and This research also determine the price and quality of service to variable customer loyalty in DKK coffee shop and.This study sample taken from 100 person. Population in the study is unlimited..This research using accidental sampling methods, and in this method is done in a way to see the subject, Who by chance found during the visit and researchers conducting research at the number is enough for. How to get the research The data is an technique that using a questionnaire.Engineering analysis of data using the instrument classical, assumption linear regression multiple, t test, f test, and coefficients determined. The result of this research suggests that there are significant impact on prices and positive customer loyalty in a coffee shop, dkk and the significant impact and positive service quality of customer loyalty in a DKK coffee shop.
