Abstract
research objectives is to find : the influence of the quality of service for customer loyalty crazy plain surakarta, the product quality against the influence of customer loyalty crazy plain surakarta , the influence of customer loyalty crazy price plain surakarta , the influence of brand image customer loyalty crazy plain surakarta , in practice this research it is hoped benefits namely , first: can become a source of information and input for crazy plain surakarta in an effort to improve the quality of services through this research , both: capable of being used as additional knowledge employees to increase loyalias customers . This is the kind of research survey using a questionnaire as instrumenya.The population to research this is crazy plain surakarta. consumersThe sample acidetial use sampling techniques to the number of respondents. 100 sample as many asData collected by the questionnaire that has been tested. validity and reliabilityEngineering analysis of data in relation used multiple. linear regressionLinear regression multiple used to test the model is hypothesized statistically. The result of this research shows that there is a positive influence and significant quality of services are customer loyalty plain surakarta crazy . Is the positive and significant product quality of customer loyalty plain surakarta crazy , is the positive and significant price of customer loyalty plain surakarta crazy , is the positive and significant brand image of customer loyalty plain surakarta crazy .And there is a positive influence and significant the quality of service , quality products , price , images and brand of customer loyalty plain surakarta crazy .
