Abstract

The study aims to in order to understand the influence of setrs best work inside the box and workplace characteristics these pay rises on performance an employee at a couple of rooms furniture industry in the rattan industry in the village trangsan gatak sub distric kabupaten sukoharjo. This study also determine variable job stress and workplace employee performance furniture to industry in the village trangsan rattan kabupaten gatak sukoharjo. Research sample areas in extract some 50 employess who worked in the furniture in the village kecamatan trangsan rattan kabupaten gatak sukoharjo. Population in this study more than 250 people. A random sampling propotional clusters, namely the sample in the propotion of done by taking the subject of any group or every region determined balanced with a number of a subject in ineach and or region. The data analysis technique uses instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination. The result of this research showed that is the positive and significant setrs work of the performance of employess at industry furniture rattan in the village trangsan, is the positive and significant work environment to employee performance in the rattan furniture in the village trangsan.
