Abstract

The need for electricity is getting longer. Development of energy requirements in a 20kV feeder. Increased cost growth in the 20kV feeder. The problem that often occurs is that the feeder load current will supply more than the standard current of the SPLN, which is half of 480A. Currents that exceed this standard are one of the factors that reduce voltage because the voltage on the network decreases and also the power is reduced, while the power sent to the distribution network does not all reach the customer. The SRN 03 feeder has a measured current value in one of its 285A phases with a network length of 22,08 km. The addition of a new feeder MSR 13 is done to break down the burden of SRN 03. Analysis of the maturity and power loss in the network is done using manual calculations and simulation of ETAP 12.6.0 software. The manual calculation obtained on the SRN 03 feeder is the value of the receiving voltage due to a voltage drop of 18.49 kV and a power loss of 328.42 kW, after breaking the load by the MSR feeder 13 the value of the receiving voltage due to a voltage drop is 19.447 kV and the usability is 68.282 kW . The results of ETAP 12.6.0 simulation on SRN 03 feeders are the value of the receiving voltage due to a voltage drop of 18.39 kV and a power loss of 344 kW, after breaking the load by the MSR feeder 13 the value of the receiving voltage decreases the risk to 19,439 kV and the power value becomes 66,8 kW.
