Abstract

Supervisor I Dr. Sabar Narimo, M. M., M. Pd., Advisor II Dr. Djalal Fuadi, M. M. The purpose of this quantitative research is to find out 1) whether the salary factor and affect the loyalty of educators in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel 2) whether the work environment influences the loyalty of educators at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel; 3) whether the salary and work environment factors influence the loyalty of educators in Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel Middle School. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative method using a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The research design is Ex post facto. The questionnaire was tested with a validity and reliability test followed by a classic assumption test in the form of tests of normality, linearity, multicollinearity and multicedacity. Hypothesis testing uses linear regression test with partial correlation test and multiple regression with F test assisted with SPSS version 17.0. The results showed that; 1) salary factor influences the loyalty of educators in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel with an effective contribution of 44.58%; 2) work environment factors affect the loyalty of educators at Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel Middle School with an effective contribution of 19.7%; 3) the salary and work environment factors influence the loyalty of educators in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel simultaneously by 64.2%.
