Abstract

Cylinder Bucket is included in the front attachment excavator component. These components are combined with a hose that flows the flow of hydraulic oil from the pump to the cylinder bucket. Bucket movement is carried out by bucket cylinder. Cylinder bucket consists of: cylinder rod, piston body, cap end head, rod end head, seal. To determine the cause of cylinder bucket deflection by theoretically analyzing the deflection of the cylinder bucket by knowing the process used. Then you will get how much deflection that occurs in the KOMATSU PC200 Excavator cylinder rod bucket From the calculation results adjusted to the analysis and discussion of technical data, deflection of L / 2 = 0.946 mm and L / 4 = 0.581 mm occurred. Due to the provision of load that is outside the standard factory or dealer. So that the system and hydraulic components are in good condition, then carry out the maintenance procedures on time properly and correctly, besides that the tool is also used according to the actual function.
