Abstract

Excavator is an attachment for ease of work of excavation or excavation. Functions on excavator sections are: boom to move excavator arm up and down, arm to swing bucket up and down, bucket to scratch ground. This calculation aims to find out the effect of the working force on the combination of the boom and arm attachment. In this analysis we use the combination of angle attachment (70˚) and (170˚) unit condition in a steady state by transporting material in sand and natural stone. The results of the equilibrium force calculations at an angle (70˚) with sand volume are expressed equal to the forces of attachment and the reaction forces of focus A and B have the same size of 10.756 kg. At an angle (170˚) the volume of natural stone is stated to be inconsistent because the reaction force at points A and B is greater than the force at attachment of 11,716 kg
