Abstract

In everyday life in Indonesia, LPG is one of energy alternative of kitchen utensils (especially gas stove). In the Letter of the Governor of Central Java No. 540/05641 mentioned, the gas distribution from agent to bases only valid in one district / city where the agent was registered. Following a Regional Regulation in Indonesia, stating that a license to become a LPG sub-agent is required to have a legal entity recognized for carrying out the distribution and storage of LPG gas products to retailers or to consumers with a capacity of less than 1 ton per day. The provision and distribution of this LPG tube is intended for household purposes and in accordance with the mandate of Article 3 of the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 104 Year 2007 on the Supply, Distribution and Pricing of Liquefied Petroleum Gas. In the cooperation agreement on the distribution or marketing of LPG between Pertamina and PT. Poedi, required by written agreement, this is done to avoid any difficulties in the future if both parties disputed.
