Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at SDIT Az-Zahra Sragen. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 45 employees of SDIT Az-Zahra Sragen. Sampling is done using the Non-Probability Sampling method and the sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The data collected was processed using multiple linear regression analysis test. From the regression test results it is known that the leadership style and work environment partially or simultaneously significantly influence employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.537, these results provide an understanding that the dependent variable namely employee performance can be explained by leadership style variables and work environment with a value of 53.7%.
