Abstract

Library administration system in an educational institution is a very important thing to support the completeness of reporting to superiors in this casethe principal, while in library administration here requires accuracy so that no data is lost or recording errors. The creation of an online-based administration in educational institutionsin this case is SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri. Online libbrary administration records using barcodes built for SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri can only be accessedby librarians and registered library members. Web-Based Library Administration Information System In SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri is useful to improve the library service process. This system uses the PHP 7 programming language by referring to the concept of CRUD and HTML, CSS, Javascript and various plugins such as MySQLi, JQuery, Sublime Text Editorand Web Browser. Where everything was combined using the prototyping method. In terms of security, programming algorithms are also very concerned with validating or checking using black box testing and questionnaire testinng. In this black box test states that all systems are declared valid, while the results of testing the system questionnaire has been able to meet the needs of users, which is shown on the results of the average percentage of questionnaires which is 76,56%.
