Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how to manage HR in terms of procurement of labor, development, compensation, integration, maintenance, so that it could be a source of competitive advantage for Janspro screen printing houses. The population in this study were all employees of Janspro screen printing house and samples used in this study were business owners and employees of Janspro screen printing house. The results of this study note that human resource management is part of general management that focuses on human resources. To realize certain results through the activities of people. This means that human resources play an important and dominant role in management. The HR management function consists of HR management as a managerial function (Planning), Organizing (Organizing), Directing (Directing), Control (Controlling), and HR management as operational functions (Procurement of Labor or Procurement of Human Resources (recruitment ), Development (Compensation), Compensation (integration), Integration (integration), Maintenance (Maintenance). Therefore Management in every activity carried out by people or humans as actors or actors is needed so that every job or organization can run well .
