Abstract

This study aims to a) describe the implementation of unity values in youth organization activities in Kledung village Bandar district Pacitan regency, b) describe constraints on implementation of unity values in youth organization activities in Kledung village Bandar district Pacitan regency, c) describe efforts to overcome the constraints of the implementation of unity values in youth organization activities in Kledung village Bandar district Pacitan regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were the village head, youth organization leader, youth organization member. Data collection used in this study is by interview, observation, and documentation. Data validity is done by triangulation of data sources and triangulation of techniques. Data analysis was performed by applying an interactive analysis model. The results showed that the implementation of the values of unity in youth activities was based on the first feeling of being together that is on the basis of the same feeling, the second nature of human nature as a social creature is that all communities help one another in distress and in pleasure, third the existence of dependence between humans with each other is to help neighbors together, the four impulses of the soul are the same high and the same low namely in youth organization all the same, the fifth encouragement to help the distress of others namely as youth organization certainly helped. Constraints faced are lack of self-awareness, cultural values, social conflicts, differences of opinion, lack of evaluation socialization, and use of abusive language. The solution is a sense of unity and struggle to be able to build a spirit of unity, be active in socializing about local culture, approaching, holding meetings, coordinating with the youth leaders and giving input to each activity, and introducing good and right language
