Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of labor, inflation, economic growth on the minimum wages of six cities in Central Java Province in 2008-2018. The data used is panel data by taking 6 cities in Central Java Province with an 11-year timeframe (2008-2018). The model used is multiple linear with the selected method, namely the Fixed Effect Method (FEM) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the labor variable has a significant positive effect on the 1% significance level of the city minimum wage and inflation has negative significant effect on the 5% significance, while economic growth has no significant effect on the 10% significance level on the city minimum wage (MSE) in six cities in the Province of Central Java in 2008-2018.
