Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Influence of Capital, Labor, Work Experience and Education on the entrepreneur’s income of Small Bird Cage Industries in Mojosongo Village, Jebres Subdistrict, Surakarta City". The dependent variable is in the form of entrepreneur’s income, while the independent variables include labor, work experience, and education. Considering the relatively small number of population, the entire population is used as a research sample. The sample in this study amounted to 35 bird cage entrepreneurs. The research data was obtained through primary data, and using the method of multiple linear regression analysis using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of the analysis are: (1) The results of normality test data calculations with the Jarque Bera model are normally distributed; (2) Linearity test results with the Ramsey Reset model show that the model is linear; (3) The results of the classical assumption test show that there are no multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation problems; T test results can be seen that the variable capital, labor, significant and significant, while the variable experience has no significant effect. F test results indicate the model used exists; (6) R2 gets a value of 0.8260; This means that variations in the variable level of bird cage production value in Mojosongo Kelurahan of 82.60% can be explained by variables of capital, labor, education, the rest 17.40% is explained by other independent variables or other factors not included in the model
