Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and the effect of commitment to employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Adi Soemarmo Airport Branch Office. This type of research is quantitative, with a population of all permanent employees at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Adi Soemarmo Airport Branch Office. The sample used in this study were 75 employees. This study uses primary data sources and data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study was by conducting instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis tests, t tests, F tests and coefficient of determination tests (R2). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and commitment variables can explain employee performance by 34.3% and the remaining 65.7% is explained by other variables not examined. Based on the results of the study have been obtained organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
