Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee stock ownership program (ESOP), leverage, firm size, dan corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the comopany’s financial performance in the non-financial sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used was 409 non-financial listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Sampling method using the purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21. The result show that firm size variables effect the company’s financial performance, while employee stock ownership program (ESOP), leverage and corporate social responsibility (CSR) do not affect the company’s financial performance.
