Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is a disorder caused by blockage of coronary arteries. CHD has two types of risk factors namely risk factors that cannot be changed and risk factors that can be changed. To determine the relationship of carbohydrate, fat, and cholesterol intake with blood cholesterol levels in coronary heart disease patients at cardiac polyclinic at RSUD Dr. Moewardi. This study was an observational study using a cross sectional approach. The number of subjects 31 people, who were selected using the consecutive sampling method, namely: by entering all patients who came and met the inclusion criteria. The study consisted of dependent variables: blood cholesterol levels and independent variables: carbohydrate, fat, and cholesterol intake. Data on carbohydrate, fat, and cholesterol intake were obtained from interviews with the Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionaire form. The average respondent has a carbohydrate intake 2 of 52.5%; average respondent fat intake of 82.1%; the average cholesterol intake of respondents was 149.8 mg / day; and the average level of respondent's blood cholesterol is 177.8 mg / dl. Normal test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov with abnormal results. The analysis in this study used the Spearman Rank statistical test. The results of the analysis of the relationship of carbohydrate intake with blood cholesterol levels (p = 0.630); fat intake with blood cholesterol levels (p = 0.358) and cholesterol intake with blood cholesterol levels (p = 0.479). There is no a relationship between carbohydrate intake and blood cholesterol levels, there is no a relationship between fat intake with blood cholesterol levels and there is no a relationship between cholesterol intake with blood cholesterol levels in coronary heart disease patients at RSUD Dr. Moewardi.
