Abstract

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of accrual-based SAP acceptance and its effect on motivation, performance, and job satisfaction in Sukoharjo Regency. The population in this study is PPK-SKPD who works in Sukoharjo Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturation sampling technique method, which is a sampling technique that is based on using the entire population. 42 questionnaires were distributed and 42 were returned. Analysis model used is a partial least square model using SmartPLS test equipment. The results of this study indicate that SAP accrual acceptance influences motivation and job satisfaction but does not affect performance, whereas motivation itself influences job satisfaction but does not affect performance, and job satisfaction does not affect performance
