Abstract

The aim of this research is to analysis effect of attitude to behavior, subjective norm, and behavioral control perception, and also moderating of gender and age into attitude to behavioral, subjective norm, and perception of behavioral control to intention doing whistle-blowing at accountancy student in Surakarta. This research use descriptive quantitative research type with method of purposive sampling, with amount of sample 212 accountancy student as respondents. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this research shows that attitude to behavior, behavioral control perception and also gender as moderating on attitude to behavior and subjective norm do effect to intention doing whistle-blowing, while subjective norm, gender as moderating on behavioral control perception, age as moderating on attitude to behavior, subjective norm, and behavioral control perception do not effect to intention doing whistle-blowing. The simultaneously show there is attitude to behavior, subjective norm, and behavioral control perception, and also moderating of gender and age into attitude to behavioral, subjective norm, and perception of behavioral control an effect to intention doing whistle-blowing. Result of the examination coefficient of determinacy (R2) indicating they are attitude to behavior, subjective norm, and behavioral control perception, and also moderating of gender and age into attitude to behavioral, subjective norm, and perception of behavioral control can explain variability the intention doing whistle-blowing.
