Abstract
E-retribution programme is one of Solo Government programme aims to improve retribution service that promply and transparantly avoid missappropriation. This e-retribution programme is an acceleration of Solo Smart City programme. Retribution payment non cash transaction and can be used for repeatedly. This research aimed to know about diffusion innovation e-retribution programme acceptance and proceed in society. Research method was a qualitative descriptive used in Surakarta government innovation programme of retribution. Data has been collected by interview and observation. Interviewees were head of departement market, staff departement market, public realtion departement market and traditional tradesman. Data was analyzed by interactive analysis. This diffusion of e-retribution innovations is a way for traders to be given the ease of paying taxes or retribution. The existence of inter-private communication, about the innovation of e-Retribution program becomes easier to understand by traditional market traders, also can quickly affect traditional market traders so as to adopt the program innovation e-retribution quickly.
