Abstract

ABSTRACT STUDY PROGRAM DEGREE 1 PHYSIOTHERAPY FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES UNIVERSITY OF MUHAMMADIYAH SURAKARTA Minithesis, OKTOBER2019 MUHAMMAD ILHAM ARIFIANSYAH J20100002 "MOBILIZATION WITH MOVEMENT TO DECREASE THE INFLUENCE PEOPLE WITH LOW BACK PAIN CHRONIC PAIN MIOGENIK FACTORY WORKER BATIK IN PUTRA BATIK LAWEYAN" (Guided By AgusWidodo, S.Fis., Ftr., M.Fis and Totok Budi S.S.Fis., Ftr.,, MPH) Consisting of: V SECTION, PAGE 33, 4 TABLES, 7 FIGURES ,7 ANNEX Background:Batik workers daily work a maximum of eight hours a day, in their work pembatik not ergonomic seating position, thus transforming strutur muscle to bone and ligaments. Pain that is felt batik workers wrote their constant pain in her lower backs in a long time. This is caused by the muscles supporting the lower back experiencing over use. Objective: To determine the effect of the concept mulligan miogenik chronic low back pain in batik workers wrote. Subject: Six batik workers were divided into two groups, each group of three respondents as treatments and three respondents as the control group performed at the factory batik PutraLaweyan. Methods: This study uses Quasi Experiment with pre and post-test design with control. This study aims to determine the symptoms or effects arising from their specific treatment and all the variables can not be controlled by the researcher. Then do the pre test and post test before treatment after treatment approximately 2 weeks. Results and conclusions: The data was processed with SPSS 17. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test method found to result in one group P = 0.102 so that treatment with MWMs indicate significant results. While the two groups P = 1.00 and treatment control group also found good results. Comparing the results from second group uses methods Mann-Whitney test two different test sample means that are not interconnected found to result P = 0.046, from these results found a P value <α (0.05) so that the group satulebih significant results. mulligan concept influence on pain relief of chronic low back pain miogenik very significant result because multifidus muscles get supply of nutrients resulting in improved network maximum.
