Abstract
This study aims to describe the participation of the community in the management of village funds along with constraints, and their solutions at each stage. This type of research is qualitative with interview, observation and documentation data collection methods. The validity of the data is triangulation of sources and techniques. Analysis of the data using an interactive model. The results of this study indicate that community participation is carried out at every stage of village fund management, including, planning, implementation, administration, and reporting / accountability. In the planning stage, a priority was made for village spending based on an assessment of the needs of the community which were discussed in the village meetings. In the implementation stage in the form of the participation of self-help / workers from the community to work together to carry out work programs. In administration, the form of community participation is to monitor village spending, and provide input regarding the APBDes if there are deficiencies or errors that are not appropriate. The community also actively participates in the accountability and reporting of village fund management through enthusiasm in attending village meetings on LPJ APBDes. Constraints on community participation in the management of Jeporo village funds, Jatipurno District, Wonogiri Regency, were discovered at each stage. These constraints include feeling insecure about expressing opinions, busyness at work, community education factors that are still low, and the absence of the community in APBDes accountability and reporting meetings. Solution, efforts are made to provide suggestion boxes, appeal to every village organization group to tuck in discussions and accommodate their group's aspirations regarding managing village funds, enforcing fines and sanctions, making socialization, and encouraging village groups to slip into discussions and accommodate their group's aspirations regarding managing village funds, enforcing fines and sanctions for money, conducting socialization, and making billboards as media access to village funds paloparan.
