Abstract
Murabaha is one of the product applied in financing in Sharia Financial Institutions. One of the objectives of channeling funds conducted by Sharia Financial Institutions through murabaha contract is to obtain maximum net profit. Profit is the different between income and costs , therefore Sharia Financial Institutions must be able to maximize revenue with certain cost which of course also have to pay attention to the sharia value in it, not just to get profit. The term profit used in murabaha contract is known as profit margin, to distinguish between the interest normally taken by Conventional Financial Instructions and Sharia Financial Institutions.
