Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and service quality on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. This research was carried out at Sari Wonogiri's Brem Mekar Factory. The population in this study is the Wonogiri community with a sample of customers who bought Brem at the Brem Mekar Sari Factory totaling 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is the nonprobability sampling method, namely convenience sampling. The results of this study note that the product quality variable does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality variables affect customer satisfaction. Product quality variable does not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Price variable has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Variable quality of service bags affect consumer loyalty. The variable customer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty.
