Abstract

An agreement is an act by which one or more people commit themselves to one or more persons which creates a bond between one party and another. The cooperation agreement applies with the provisions of Article 1313 of the Civil Code regarding the agreement and Article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the legal conditions of an agreement, where an agreement between the parties occurs. A contract or agreement is a legal event in which a person promises to another person or two people promise each other to do something or not do something. Article 1 paragraph (5) of Law Number 18 of 1999 concerning Construction Services states that a Construction Work Contract is the entire document governing the legal relationship between service users and service providers in the implementation of construction work. Construction work contract between CV. Nadita in the Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Pendopo Kelurahan Penumping. The results of this study, that the Construction Work Contract Process, and there are several in the implementation of the Construction Work Contract between CV. Nadita with Pejabat Pembuat K has been analyzed by Law Number 18 of 1999 concerning Construction Services and Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2010 concerning Procurement of Government Goods / Services.
