Abstract
This research aim to analize the effect of local government size, capital expenditure, intergovernmental revenue, original local government revenue, and legislative size on the financial performance of local governments. This research was conducted in districts and cities in East Java Province that has data on 2015-2017 Local Government Financial Reports. The Sample of research use saturated samples with 104 data samples during 3 years of the collection-receiving period. The data are analyzed multiple linear regression.. The results show that capital expenditure and intergovernmental revenue has effect to financial performance of local governments, mean while size of local government, original local government revenue, and legislative size has no effect to the financial performance of local governments.
