Abstract

This study has the aim of identifying the level of Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Performance of employees of PT. BRI Bank Solo Kartasura Branch. To analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of employees of PT. BRI Bank Solo Kartasura Branch. The population in question is all employees of Bank BRI Kartasura Branch totaling 60 Employees and the sampling technique can be done by census technique ie the entire population is taken as an object of 60 employees. Based on the results of the study note that organizational commitment affects employee performance. Satisfaction affects employee performance. Means that jointly organizational commitment and satisfaction variables affect employee performance. So the model used in this study is goodness of fit
