Abstract

The objectives of the research is to find the influence the ability personal technique, formalization of system development, and training and education programs and top management support on information system and operational on the performance of accounting information systems at PT. PLN Persero UP3 Klaten. The sample in this study were 41 respondents from 50 questionnaires spread out, all of whom were permanent employees who worked in PT. PLN Persero UP3 Klaten. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there are two influential variables in this study, namely the variable personal technical ability and training and education programs, and top management support on information system and operational. As well as two variable that is not influential is the variable formalization of the development of information systems and top management support on information system and operational.
