Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of compensation, work discipline, organizational commitment and self efficacy on employee performance on Tax Office Pratama in Boyolali Regency, Cetral Java. Data collected through quesionnaires. The population of the research was all employee of 108 staff and the samples of the research were 79 staff. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis used in the research is multiple linier regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient determitaion test, and classical assumption.. The results showed that compensation, organizational commitment and self efficacy variables influence on employee performance, while work discipline have no effect on employee performance.
