Abstract
The study aims to analyse and discuss (1) the influence of working discipline, (2) Influence of leadership style, (3) influence of work motivation, and (4) Influence of working discipline, leadership style and work motivation to employee performance at PT. Pineka Eka Karya Abadi in Salatiga. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the employees of PT. Pineka Eka Karya Abadi. The population in this study amounted to 43 employees. Researchers use a saturated sample technique where the technique is performed as all population members are used as samples. The data analysis methods in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the research results known variable work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the employee's performance. The leadership style variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation variables have a positive and significant influence on the employee's performance. Based on the results of the test analysis F showed that the working discipline variables, leadership style and work motivation jointly influenced the employee's performance. So the model used is fit. Based on the calculation result obtained from the value of coefficient of determination (adjusted R2), indicating that the employee's performance variables can be explained by the work discipline variables, leadership styles, and work motivation.
