Abstract

The Herbalife Nutrition Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (Guidelines) on the basis for behavior in Herbalife Nutrition and wherever running a business that is strengthened by the broader Ethics and Compliance Program, which includes, inter alia, the policies referenced in the Guidelines, awareness campaigns and training programs . All Herbalife Nutrition employees are required to comply with the Code, policies and to act in accordance with all applicable laws. In addition, non-employees who have a business relationship with Herbalife Nutrition must comply with the most important principles related to honesty, integrity, and ethical decision making are part of the provisions of the Minister of Trade Republic of Indonesia Regulation (Permendag) No. 32 / M-DAG / PER / 8/2008 Article 1 Number 1 Permendag No. 32 / M-DAG / PER / 8/2008. Herbalife support system consists of an education system and a support system in the form of; a) education system; b) Product support systems that have been tested on; c) Mark Hughes Cellular and Molecular Nutrition Laboratory in accordance with the provisions of Fatwa No: 75 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2009 which must be carried out by PLBS (Sharia Tiered Direct Sales) concerning; a) The product or service product traded is not something that is forbidden and or that is used for something that is unlawful; b) Transactions in the trade do not contain elements of gharar, maysir, dharar, dzulm, immoral, usury.(2) Upline provides assistance to distributors when following up or promoting a product. (3) Meetings held specifically for independent distributors in discussing problems that occur in the market and respond to each other and provide solutions for their distributors. (4) Conducting the Nutrilon Club event to promote Herbalife products in attracting consumers to try their products and buy the products.
