Lippo Plaza Jogja is one of the shopping centers in Yogyakarta that is used as a facility for the people and visitors of Jogja to buy necessaries, besides that, this building also influences the regional economy. Inside Lippo Plaza Jogja have some tenants sell the various items, Therefore, the electrical condition of this building is complex and the electrical system of the building needed a good, reliable, and secure to be able to serve tenants and visitors. To make a good electrical system building needs the great design of electrical installations, the method used in this electrical installation research is manual calculation with room factors and people factors as parameters, while for the systematic design this will refer to PUIL 2011 according to the standards set. From the research results of this building, the total electric power needed is 1,853,891.29 watts while the total electric current needed is 3,312.39 A, then the total clean water needed is 78,129.35 liters, and the total Ai Conditioner needed is 23,664,170.80 BTU.
