Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of this research is the presence of cadres who have not been able to know the basics of the tread sacred tactics, so through the role of the value of the sacred footprints of the UKM holy tread unit 003 Muhammadiyah University to support the militancy of Muhammadiyah cadres in 2019 with the existence of the values of the sucian cadre cadre is expected to master a basic move to improve the personality of the cadre for the better. The formulation of the problem in this study is what values are implanted in the holy site of the Muhammadiyah Unit 003 son of the UMS to print militant cadres and How is the effort of the son of the Muhammadiyah unit 003 UMS in producing a militant cadre in Muhammadiyah. The purpose of this study is to describe the values that are embedded in the holy site of Muhammadiyah Unit 003 UMS to print cadres of Muhammadiyah militants and to describe how the efforts of the sacred sites of the Muhammadiyah Putra Unit 003 UMS in printing militant cadres in Muhammadiyah. This type of research is field research at TapakSuci Unit 003 UMS and the approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The source of this data is from interviews with KrisnaS.Pd, ArfanAdiWiguna, Zen Isa, Repan and RepanPajar. Whereas the subjects in this study were the 003 UMS unit treads coachKrisnaS.Pd, and the 003 UMS Unit RepanPajar and Zen cadres. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Researchers write data analysis by data reduction, data display And data verification.The results of this study indicate that cadres are able to master the basic stance and are able to develop the value of preaching, social values, the militancy value of Muhammadiyah cadres.
