Abstract

Magetan District attractions are partly lacking in supporting facilities such as the lack of children's playgrounds, information centers, cleanliness sanitation, and difficult accessibility, so that visitors who come to attractions are less interested. The objectives of this research are to analyze characteristics the internal and external potential of tourism, analyze the internal and external classification of each tourist destination and analyze effective tour route packages. The method used is survey. The data needed are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method uses Accidetal Sampling. Data analysis in this research is done by SWOT analysis. The results of the research shows that the tourism objects in Magetan Regency has the classification of internal and external potential, namely of high Telaga Sarangan and Mojosemi Forest Park, while Air Terjun Tirtosari, Telaga Wahyu, Candi Sadon, Kolam Renang Banyu Biru and low potential classification are tourism objects Candi Sadon and Sendang Widoro. Interesting tourist paths at a distance between the nearest tourist attraction. Tour package 1 traverses the attractions of Mojosemi Forest Park, Air Terjun Tirtosari, Telaga Sarangan and Telaga Wahyu. Tour path package 2 has the attractions of Candi Sadon and Kolam Renang Banyu Biru. Tour package 3 has the tourism objects Sendang Widoro and Candi Simbatan.
