Abstract

This research was conducted in Surakarta Hidayah IT Middle School, with the title of the thesis that was appointed, “The Efforts of Surakarta Islamic Religious Education Teachers in motivating students of class IX to Realize the School Goals in the Hidayah Nur IT Middle Surakarta". Effort is a real form of business that must be done by a teacher in carrying out his duties as a teacher and even more as a teacher to be able to provide motivation, guidance, direction, and various other efforts which of course can provide understanding to students so that they understand what what they have to prepare, do and they realize in accordance with what is the purpose of themselves, The teacher, and the educational goals of their school. So to realize a goal there needs to be a process of effort that is able to provide a value and a result for what is do be achieved, of course the teacher's efforts here are Islamic education teachers And counseling is a benchmark to see the extent to which each student they prepare so capable understand the goals expected by the school. Therefore motivation is an encouragement that can help and direct them consciously to know the conditions they are facing and the conditions they will achieve. In conclusion, it is certain that the Islamic education teacher must have an effort in answering the challenge because in this case the Islamic teacher is a religious teacher who, of course, with Islamic knowledge that they understand can be a stimulus, and their own value Ni providing motivation. students even though there are such things as supporting factors that can make them easier and the inhibiting factors which of course can make them difficult.
