Abstract

This research aims to determine how the procedure of providing life insurance as a credit cover that is proposed by the customers of PD. BPR borrowers. Regional Bank of Karanganyar, to know the consequences of the law when one party made a mistake on the basis of tort. This research is a descriptive research and a sociological juridical approach method. The purpose of this credit guarantee agreement is to cover the risk of loss that may arise from the risk of uncertainty of paying the insured's (customers) credit. All procedures for the implementation of guarantees to the submission of claims have been regulated in the Cooperation Agreement between the PT. Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah and PD. BPR. Bank Karanganyar concerning Productive Business Credit Guarantee. If one party makes a mistake on the basis of default, the guarantee and cancellation of the customer's credit is not guaranteed as stated in the Cooperation Agreement between the Central Java Regional Credit Guarantee and the PD. BPR. Regional Bank of Karanganyar concerning Productive Business Credit Guarantee.
