Abstract
The Blue Bird Group company formed a partnership with the community that aimed to get a positive response and then created a harmonious relationship through the CSR (corporate social responsibility) program. Through the Blue Bird Cares CSR program implemented by the company can be a mediator between the company and stakeholders. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the sampling technique in this study is a purposive sample. Research results obtained by the implementation of CSR Blue Bird Cares have not accommodated all internal stakeholders. The involvement of external stakeholders has not been maximized because the BlueBird Cares CSR program focuses on welfare and relationships with the Mampang Prapatan community. However, the implementation of CSR can be a good first step to building relationships with surrounding communities. A positive response from the community is also a sign of the success of public relations in building relationships
