Abstract
An open economy gives rise to a concern for itself for every country. This is caused by the currents of globalization and liberalization which will also bring consequences to the economy of each country. Bank Indonesia in maintaining economic conditions has established a monetary policy to protect the stability of macroeconomic factors that are expected to strengthen economic fundamentals in the long run. The exact amount of money is one of the macroeconomic factors, which in terms of monetary regulation, which is based on the development of the concept of the quantity of money. The amount of money a large (monedy supply) holds an important role in the economy of a country. The right amount of money that is in the economy of a country will be able to give a right turn at the exchange 2 rate of its currency against foreign currencies. This research is a quantitative study that aims to analyze the effect of the money supply, inflation and interest rates on the rupiah exchange rate. The data used in this study uses secondary data that is quantitative data obtained from sources that have been published, in this case sourced from the central statistical agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI) from 2018-2019 collected through library research. T test results note that the variable money supply and inflation have a significant effect on α = 1% of the rupiah exchange rate (exchange rate) at Bank Indonesia 2018-2019, Based on the results of the linearity test the model is known that the model is not linear, t test results note that the variable number money supply and inflation have a significant effect on α = 1% of the rupiah exchange rate (exchange rate) at Bank Indonesia 2018-2019. While the BI rate has no significant effect on the exchange rate of the rupiah (exchange rate) at Bank Indonesia 2018-2019 α = 10%.
