Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) the characteristics of the formation of entrepreneurship through family education on poultry farmers Gemantar Jumantono In Karanganyar, (2)entrepreneurial values inculcated in children's entrepreneurial spirit Gemantar menumbukan Jumantono Karanganyar.A total of five poultry producers invited as resource person to be interviewed. The research is a qualitative ethnographic research design. Data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) peternak birds start entrepreneurship based on the experience that has been owned by working in partnership on companies linked to the field of poultry, (2) poultry establish its business based on the knowledge gained during the child cages or employees in the chicken coop belonging to another person, ( 3) application of entrepreneurial values in children is appropriately carried out through family education profession especially supported by parents as a poultry farmer.
